Sales Account Manager

Purpose of the Role:
The Social Media Content Specialist (English + Hebrew) will moderate and engage online communities for ICUC’s clients, ensuring content aligns with client strategy, tone, and audience. This role requires bilingual fluency and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and respond to comments on clients’ social media platforms using their unique brand voice.

• Write engaging content to spark conversation and drive engagement.

• Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and in line with client guidelines.

• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to internal teams as needed.

• Understand clients’ brand strategies, tone, and audience to act as an extension of their brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew.

• Strong written communication skills in both languages.

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

• Availability to work any shift (8AM–4PM, 4PM–12AM, 12AM–8AM CT) including weekends.

• Professional experience managing social platforms and engaging online communities.

• Ability to adapt tone and write for different audiences.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms.

• Organized, reliable, and excellent customer service instincts.

• Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.

• Active Facebook account.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: CAD $16.75 – $17.00 (or provincial minimum wage, whichever is higher)

• Flexible part-time (24–32 hrs/week) or full-time (32–40 hrs/week) schedules
