Directive, a leading performance marketing agency focused on the SaaS and B2B tech sectors, is hiring a Revenue Operations Strategist for a future opening. This remote role is designed for experienced professionals who excel in optimizing marketing operations and have a deep understanding of martech and salestech tools.

As a Revenue Operations Strategist, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing client marketing automation systems, ensuring best practices in lead routing, lead lifecycle management, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), reporting, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and be empowered to independently manage a book of clients, drive value, and support revenue growth.

The position requires strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and an eagerness to stay current with evolving marketing operations strategies. You'll act as a staff augmentation and strategic advisor, with direct responsibility for client success, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on operations expert for B2B SaaS clients

  • Manage marketing operations processes, including campaign automation, lead scoring/routing, integrations, and reporting

  • Maintain strong client relationships via Zoom, Slack, and email

  • Recommend tools and best practices in ABM, lead lifecycle, and marketing automation

  • Help grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

  • Deliver and manage multiple projects from start to finish, independently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Pardot

  • Strong client-facing communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

  • Proficient in optimizing marketing funnels and operations for revenue growth

  • Prior experience working with B2B SaaS clients preferred

  • Agency experience and client management experience are mandatory

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently
