Description:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of engagement and retention initiatives for Super+ Travel members. You’ll lead a cross-functional Mission-Aligned Team (MAT) and take accountability for the customer experience, product roadmap, experimentation, and stakeholder management. The role involves designing impactful retention strategies, optimizing engagement, and continuously evolving the Super+ membership experience.
Drive outcomes by setting and delivering on OKRs for the MAT.
Lead cross-functional MAT team (Engineering, QA, Design, Growth, Operations).
Own product roadmap from end-to-end, from definition to execution.
Define product features, write PRDs, and design experiments.
Use experimentation and data analysis to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
Influence stakeholders including executives and team leads.
Ensure customer needs are met with high-quality product experiences.
Build customer empathy through research, engagement, and QA.
3+ years of experience in B2C product management.
Experience executing product roadmaps, launching experiments, and scaling features.
Data-driven analytical thinking with strong project management skills.
Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership with a bias for action.
Experience optimizing retention and engagement for membership programs is highly preferred.
Collaborative across cross-functional teams (growth, design, engineering, data, UXR).
Experience taking products from 0→1 and scaling from 1→100.
Strong growth mindset and humble leadership style.
Able to operate both at strategic and executional levels.
