Retail Store Manager

Dulux, a PPC Company and part of the global PPG family, is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager to join their team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead a retail branch and be directly responsible for all aspects of its operations, including driving sales, managing inventory, delivering superior customer service, and leading a motivated team.

The Store Manager will report to the Store Group Manager and play a key leadership role in executing sales strategies, achieving profit goals, and maintaining brand excellence in customer interactions and in-store presentation. Responsibilities include opening and closing the branch, hiring and mentoring staff, optimizing store performance, and ensuring Dulux’s operational standards are met both inside and out.

The successful candidate should bring at least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with prior management or outside sales exposure. The ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly is essential, as is the flexibility to work at least 45 hours per week across weekday and Saturday shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM).
