Retail Sales Representative

Connect6 Group, a rapidly growing marketing agency representing renowned Canadian brands such as Air Miles, Longo's, Cogeco, Hyundai, and Canadian Tire, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to join their expanding team in Brampton, Ontario. This role focuses on event-based sales and direct-to-consumer marketing, primarily representing TELUS, a leading wireless services provider.

The selected candidate will actively engage with customers at both large and small events, converting leads into sales, building positive brand associations, and contributing to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct-to-consumer marketing and sales activities at various events.

• Convert leads into sales opportunities effectively and efficiently.

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Promote TELUS products and services, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Enter and update customer information in company databases.

• Handle customer concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive brand reputation.

• Maintain full-time availability throughout the year.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience is mandatory.

• Experience selling home security products is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection, negotiate effectively, and manage objections professionally.

• Willingness to learn about the company’s products and services.

• Strong convincing and closing abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: 18 CAD/hour plus commissions.

• Average earnings: Approximately 23 CAD/hour (around 3680 CAD/month based on standard hours).

• Minimum guaranteed pay per shift within the pay period.
