Canada Goose is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador - Experience) to join their team at the Vancouver retail location. As a part of the Canada Goose team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, establishing Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. You will embody Canadian Warmth in every customer interaction, providing expert product recommendations and ensuring an unforgettable guest journey. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets through collaborative teamwork and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior customer service reflective of Canadian Warmth.

• Provide expert product recommendations that meet customer needs.

• Drive conversion and sales by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships and foster customer loyalty.

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.

• Engage clients through personal shopping appointments and outreach on new product launches and brand events.

• Contribute positively to the store environment through teamwork and collaboration.

• Participate in educational initiatives to improve skills and professional growth.

• Support operational standards and accurately use register systems and store tools.

• Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and physical upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.

• Proven sales experience, preferably with luxury lifestyle brands.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Proficiency in another language is an asset.
