As an Educator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within lululemon’s retail environment. You’ll act as the face of the brand — engaging with guests, offering expert product education, and creating an inclusive and energizing in-store atmosphere.
Guest Experience:
Engage authentically with guests to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
Understand and assess guest needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions.
Deliver detailed product education, explaining technical features and benefits.
Conduct accurate transactions, supporting omnichannel experiences like buy-online-pickup-in-store and phone sales.
Move dynamically on the sales floor, addressing guest needs promptly and ensuring smooth store flow.
Partner with store leadership to resolve feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Foster an inclusive and respectful team culture, celebrating diversity.
Build strong, supportive relationships with teammates to achieve shared goals.
Work collaboratively to enhance the guest experience and support store operations.
Operations:
Maintain store presentation standards by restocking, reorganizing, and managing inventory.
Use in-store technology to support operations and guest engagement.
Uphold cleanliness standards and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Contribute to a luxury retail environment that reflects lululemon’s high standards.

Eligibility:
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to commute to the assigned store location.
Availability:
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in an active, music-filled retail environment.
Capable of lifting boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
Able to remain on feet for extended periods while assisting guests.
Education (Preferred):
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Competitive hourly pay: CAD 20.25 – 23.30 (plus target bonus).
