As a Retail Associate, your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience while achieving sales goals. You will act as a brand ambassador, aligning daily activities with business needs, and contributing to a collaborative and positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a Radical Customer Experience by actively engaging with customers and understanding their needs.

• Support the store in achieving its sales targets and overall goals.

• Foster a team-oriented environment that promotes collaboration and positivity.

• Uphold brand standards and help build customer loyalty through genuine interaction and personalized service.

• Adapt to the needs of the business while maintaining professionalism and a polished presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion retail.

• Strong passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Professional demeanor with a high level of sophistication and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

• Team-centric approach, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.

• Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, resilience, and a sense of humor.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
