Purpose of the Role:
Contingent Retail Associates provide exceptional guest experiences and support store operations on a flexible, as-needed basis. They help maintain brand standards and contribute to a welcoming, service-driven retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and support sales efforts.

• Assist during peak periods, holidays, special events, and staff shortages.

• Ensure brand standards are maintained throughout store operations.

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and adaptable approach to work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for providing excellent customer experiences.

• Ability to work flexible, on-call schedules (nights, weekends, holidays).

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform operational tasks.
