  • What will your typical day look like?
     
    • Develop and implement data visualization platforms to bring timely insights to Global Consulting Services and member firm leaders regarding the financial and operational performance of the business.
    • Collaborate with GCS stakeholders to identify business and reporting needs and address them through data visualization and dashboards.
    • Lead team of practitioners to execute projects and deliver high-quality reports and support to stakeholders.
    • Trusted business advisor to GCS pillar teams. Providing guidance on financials, create financial models, sensitivity analyses, and propose recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities to embed Gen AI into COO Pillar processes to enhance insights, identify correlations, improve report accuracy, etc.
    • Address ad hoc requests for reporting and analysis. Develop content for presentations and reports for Global Consulting Services Leaders, as required.
    • Leverage data visualization expertise for GCS investments, KPI measurements, and long-term plan initiatives
    • Foster culture of integrity, accuracy, quality, and responsiveness
    • Develop effective working relationships with internal clients and colleagues across DTTL, Global Consulting Services, and Member Firms
    • Maintain regular touch points with COO, Pillar Leaders, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure that financial reporting deliverables are completed in a timely manner

    Enough about us, let’s talk about you
     
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science preferred. Advanced degree preferred, but not required.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience serving clients for the development of data visualization preferred.
    • Advanced knowledge of data visualization and dashboard software, including: Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep, Power BI, QlikView, SAC.
    • Advanced Excel knowledge for financial analysis (i.e., expert knowledge of formulas, and ability to build charts to summarize data and identify trends in a clear and thought-provoking way)
    • Experience with financial reporting and accounting; knowledge of P&L and profitability drivers
    • Advanced knowledge of systems used for financial reporting
    • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
    • Advanced project management skills
    • Experience collaborating with, training, and/or managing professionals effectively
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear and concise messages across stakeholders.
    • Able to think strategically, develop a point of view, and raise questions. Exhibits consistent intellectual curiosity and engagement.
    • Able to build business relationships and influence leaders and peers in a large, complex global organization, often without the benefit of formal authority
    • Client-service mindset and a desire to take on dynamic, challenging projects
    • Capable of responding quickly to high priority deadlines and ability to easily adapt to a change in direction
       
    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
