Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Rental Advisor to join our team. The individual will be responsible for greeting customers at the counter, advising them on the right equipment to rent, opening accounts, and handling phone calls related to reservations and information requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers at the counter.
Welcome, listen to, and advise customers on their equipment or tool needs.
Offer solutions and suggest the right equipment based on projects.
Handle a high volume of phone calls (reservations, inquiries, follow-up).
Open and close rental contracts in the system.
Work with the yard team to ensure the availability and preparation of equipment.
Maintain high customer service standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service.
Comfortable with computer tools.
Excellent communication skills in French.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and teamwork spirit.
Friendly personality and good communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (possible travel between branches).
