Reliability Engineer

Description:

Inacre Conseil inc is seeking a Reliability Engineer – Maintenance Planner to join their maintenance team and elevate it to a higher level of operational excellence. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy seeing the tangible impact of their decisions, working in dynamic environments, and driving efficiency in equipment and facility reliability.

The successful candidate will bring a structured approach, technical expertise, and a fresh perspective to optimize maintenance practices and reliability metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize preventive, corrective, and legal maintenance work.

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Coordinate internal and external resources for work execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory inspections.

• Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Member of OIQ (Quebec Order of Engineers) is an asset, not mandatory.

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

• Proficient in a CMMS system (LINX is an asset).

• Functional English skills.

• Strong field leadership, rigor, autonomy, and technical curiosity.
