The organization is currently seeking a Registered Psychotherapist - CRPO Clinical Supervisor to join its team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in overseeing practicum students and associate therapists, guiding their professional development and ensuring alignment with College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) standards. The successful candidate will supervise both in-person and virtual interns across Ontario and support clinical training through observation, documentation, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly individual and monthly group supervision to CRPO-qualifying practicum students.

• Offer monthly supervision to associate therapists and RP (Qualifying) members.

• Act as the primary liaison between practicum students and their academic institutions, including managing documentation and compliance.

• Accept professional responsibility for student interns in accordance with CRPO standards.

• Conduct direct observation and feedback on at least three counselling sessions, one of which must be during the first trimester.

• Manage onboarding/offboarding, provide training and ensure ongoing caseload monitoring.

• Dedicate 25–30% of time to administrative tasks (especially around onboarding/offboarding periods).

• Foster a passion for wellness, naturopathic care, and integrative mental health practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a counselling or mental health-related field.

• Must be an Approved Supervisor with CRPO.

• Demonstrated alignment with integrative and holistic mental healthcare models.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
