Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

Location: Burnaby, BC

Duration: April 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Shifts: Rotating 7.5-hour day and evening shifts (evenings may include call).

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RN – Operating Room to provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care. The RN will perform circulating and scrub duties, maintain sterile technique, support the surgical team, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care during surgical procedures
• Perform circulating and scrub roles (preferred)
• Maintain sterile field and ensure accurate surgical counts
• Monitor patient status and document care appropriately
• Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room experience in Canada. (scrub and circulate preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
