Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Infusion Services

  • Administer prescribed medications and infusion therapies in home, clinic, or physician-partnered settings.

  • Monitor patients pre- and post-treatment to ensure safety and adherence to care protocols.

  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on medication usage and infusion management.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to nursing regulations and company standards.

  • Report adverse events and product complaints following company policies and ISO accreditation requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, case managers, pharmacy, and scheduling staff, to optimize patient care and service delivery.

  • Communicate proactively with patients and caregivers to schedule treatments, manage logistics, and ensure a positive care experience.

  • Participate in team meetings, virtual training sessions, and ongoing education to maintain clinical excellence.

Compliance & Standards

  • Adhere strictly to provincial nursing regulations, Cencora and Innomar procedures, and safety protocols.

  • Maintain compliance with Health and Safety Acts and infection control standards.

  • Complete all required annual education, certifications, and professional development.

  • Provide oversight and guidance to RPN/LPN team members as authorized by provincial nursing bodies.

Operational Support

  • Travel within the designated Integrated Business Unit (IBU) and nearby regions to meet operational requirements.

  • Remain available for on-call or standby duties as service demands require.

  • Ensure reliable availability and communication through digital tools such as email, mobile, and scheduling software.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with provincial licensing body.

  • Minimum 1 year of IV initiation experience.

  • Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, MS, CVAA, and experience with central venous lines/ports are strong assets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general digital communication tools.

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance coverage to travel for homecare visits.
