Nakile is a 48-bed long-term care facility located in the Municipality of Argyle, just 22 km from Yarmouth. We highly value our home-like atmosphere and have been recognized as a healthy workplace. We are seeking a part-time RN with a genuine interest in working with the elderly to join our team.

Qualifications Include
 

• Current registration with NS College of Nursing
• Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work Days, Evenings and Nights (8-hour shifts)
• Experience in long-term care or similar environment is considered an asset
   

Duties Include
 

• Provide and coordinate resident care within RN scope of practice and Nakile mission and values
• Supervise and administer medications and treatments
• Assess initial and ongoing health status of residents
• Work collaboratively with residents, co-workers, families, physician and community
