Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner/ Audiologist

We are seeking a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner or Audiologist who is passionate about patient care and excited to help grow our small business. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently while also being part of a supportive and collaborative team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and wants to bring their own creativity and ideas to enhance our patient experience and streamline clinic operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hearing assessments and recommend appropriate hearing solutions.
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids based on individual patient needs.
  • Offer follow-up care and counseling to ensure patient satisfaction and ongoing success with hearing aids.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Contribute to process improvements and develop innovative ways to enhance the clinic's services.
  • Collaborate with the team to create marketing initiatives, build relationships within the community, and assist in growing the business.
  • Participate in patient outreach and community events to raise awareness of hearing health.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A licensed and registered Hearing Aid Practitioner or Audiologist in Alberta.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently while being part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build lasting patient relationships.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop new processes or ideas that will benefit the clinic.
  • A willingness to engage with marketing and outreach efforts to help grow the clinic.
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous learning.
