Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized, family-centered care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs in home settings.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and comfort.

  • Utilize clinical skills to support clients’ health, safety, and overall well-being.

  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure consistent, quality care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory and company standards.

  • Participate in training, orientation, and skill development programs to maintain high standards of professional care.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Active registration with the BC Care Aide Registry is required.

  • Pediatric experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • International Nursing Experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to clients’ specific care requirements.
