Our client operates a multi-store wireless retail network and is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to oversee retail execution, carrier alignment, and performance delivery.

The successful candidate will bridge the gap between carrier direction and in-store execution, ensuring promotions, standards, and sales initiatives are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities
 

• Own the relationship and reporting cadence with the carrier partner
• Translate carrier initiatives into clear, executable actions for retail teams
• Oversee sales performance, outbound activity, and local market engagement
• Manage Store Managers and drive accountability across locations
• Standardize processes and improve execution consistency
• Address underperforming locations with hands-on leadership
  
   

Candidate Profile
 

• Previous experience within TELUS, Bell, or Rogers environments
• Multi-unit retail leadership exposure
• Strong command of sales operations and execution discipline
