Description:
As the Regional Precision Manager, the primary responsibility is to drive the adoption of the comprehensive Case IH technology portfolio—including factory fit products, aftermarket solutions, and digital platforms—within the assigned territory. This role requires approximately 70% travel to engage with customers and dealers effectively. Ideal location for this position would be in either Alberta or Saskatchewan.

- Serve as the product expert on Case IH precision technology and digital solutions, providing insights and support to internal teams, dealers, and customers across the entire Case IH product line.
- Lead dealer initiatives through effective execution of training programs, business plans, field events, and product demonstrations to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with Case IH staff to develop strategies to promote the sales and support of technology and digital solutions with a focus on both current and future business needs across the territory.
- Partner with Case IH/CNH field teams and dealership leadership to develop forward-thinking initiatives aimed at increasing the adoption and growth of precision farming products and digital solutions.
- Identify local market trends that may impact territory objectives, focusing on improvements to existing products and new technological advancements, delivering these needs back to the Case IH Precision Segment
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Case IH technology to varying audiences, include dealership personnel, customers, and local industry partners ensuring they understand .
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory, targeting the adoption of precision technology across Factory Fit, CNH Aftermarket, and Digital solutions, including agronomic data and fleet reporting.
- Utilize Salesforce to collaborate with Case IH field members on emerging dealer opportunities.
- Represent the company at regional and national events, including farm shows and training sessions.
- Manage sales and support efforts across Western Canada
Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Technology, Agriculture Business, Engineering, or related field plus 2+ years of experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work.
- Associate's Degree with 4+ years of Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work.
- HS/GED with 8+ years experience in Precision Farming technology sales, support, development, or related field work may be considered.
