The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for driving direct sales activity in Western Canada, reporting to the VP of North American Sales. The role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual who can execute sales strategies, build pipelines, and close high-value deals within the hospitality industry. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud-based PMS solutions and play a pivotal role in expanding Stayntouch’s presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the VP of North American Sales to implement regional sales strategies.
Building, managing, and prioritizing sales pipelines in the assigned region.
Consistently identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, successfully closing deals with new and potential clients.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Preparing accurate sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and finalizing pricing agreements.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of accounts, leads, prospects, and business development activities in the CRM system.
Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of Stayntouch’s products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Prospecting locally in person and traveling when required.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality software/SaaS sales.
Established relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector.
Preferred experience in property management software sales.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and closing complex sales.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, both internally and externally.
Relentless drive to understand customer needs, combined with a passion for sales and performance excellence.
