Description:
Service Master Restore® is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Account Manager for the Atlantic and Quebec regions. This role combines sales, account management, and brand marketing functions, representing ServiceMaster’s Corporate Office and ServiceMaster Restore franchisees. The successful candidate will pursue and cultivate business relationships, executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
Expand relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and commercial clients.
Promote ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration services and key program initiatives.
Facilitate resolution of account disputes and ensure smooth account management.
Build strong relationships with franchisees, customers, and partners to enhance loyalty and revenue growth.
Organize and participate in regional and national industry events.
Coordinate client training sessions and continuing education programs.
Monitor and report on account management, sales performance, and marketing efforts monthly.
Leverage CRM tools to track customer engagement and ensure accurate data management.
Align regional sales strategies with budgetary goals and manage promotional and marketing expenses.
Support regional and corporate meetings, workshops, and other key business activities.
Ensure proper tracking and reporting of account assignments, sales results, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
Completion of sales training programs.
Knowledge of restoration, property insurance, or claims is an asset.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and self-management abilities, highly self-motivated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Enthusiastic, energetic, punctual, and customer-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle; willingness for regular travel.
