What you'll do:

 

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales engineers, consultants, partners, marketing and technical support teams, to provide the best customer experience.
  • Huge focus on sales engagement, lead follow up and customer meetings. Meetings with customers will be a top priority!
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering value-added solutions and services.
  • Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports using sales tracking tools.
  • Staying updated on Red Hat’s products, technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape. Appearing for and clearing Redhat certifications.

     

What you'll bring to the table:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years or more experience in selling software, datacenter, and preferably in the open source or cloud domain.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • The willingness to travel as required.
