The Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator at Queen’s University Faculty of Law supports the daily operations of the Recruitment and Admissions Office for the JD Program. Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment and Admissions, this role involves evaluating admission and scholarship applications, providing guidance to applicants, schools, students, and families, identifying target markets, liaising with alumni networks, and preparing statistical reports on recruitment trends. The Coordinator also participates in information sessions, student interviews, and delivers presentations to support enrollment.

This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, the ability to work evenings and weekends during peak recruitment periods, and experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events. Candidates should have a three-year college diploma or bachelor’s degree (business, education, marketing, or law preferred) and a valid G driver’s license. Knowledge of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility principles is essential.
