Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Recruiter/Virtual Assistant. As a Sales Recruiter/Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for prospecting and sourcing new clients employers facing labour shortages and seeking to hire foreign workers. You will collaborate with team members to develop effective recruiting strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in telemarketing, cold calling from directories and phone books. Weekly reports required.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in recruiting or telemarketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Advance user of Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Willing to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential clients.
  • Familiar with social media applications
  • Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic campaigns.
  • Professional, courteous demeanor on the phone, online and in-person
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network and establish professional relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
