Description:
The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Answer telephone, greet visitors, and receive routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and
messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Sorting and stamping all incoming paperwork.
- Receive incoming mail and co-ordinate distribution, and process outgoing mail.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Providing administrative support.
- Maintaining reception/lobby area including, making coffee, filling business cards, stock copiers and office
supplies.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
- Experience with Explorer Eclipse is an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Heavy Construction experience is an asset
- Reliable transportation (public transportation not available)
