Description:
This role will apply effective and professional consultative sales and business development principles, practices, and techniques to ensure the identification, negotiation, structuring, and provision of the initial underwriting for complex business transactions, ensuring credit decisions and recommendations in accordance to the expectations of financial lenders.
What you bring
3+ years’ experience in commercial lending (specializing in real estate financing); a mix of residential would be considered.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including financial accounting, modelling and loan structuring.

Sales and Service Processes, including Business Development

Bonus Skills
Mortgage Broker/Associate License (or working towards one).
