Description:

Blue Coast Realty Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Real Estate Assistant to work directly with the Owner (Broker) in Sarnia, Ontario. This in-person role offers a dynamic blend of administrative support, client communication, social media management, and operations coordination across both the real estate business and an online coaching platform. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proactive mindset, and values variety in their workday.

As a key team member, you will support the Owner by managing daily administrative tasks, organizing coaching sessions, preparing content and reports, and ensuring seamless operations in a busy and evolving setting. You will act as the bridge between the office and clients, ensuring communication is effective, timely, and professional.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide direct executive assistance to the Owner/Broker.

  • Manage calendar scheduling, emails, and client follow-ups.

  • Organize and support live Zoom coaching sessions, including setup, note-taking, and follow-ups.

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency in workflow.

Content & Marketing

  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media and Google Business.

  • Monitor engagement, analyze activity, and report metrics.

  • Prepare visually appealing presentations and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.

Client & Office Coordination

  • Support client communications and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Run errands as needed to support the Owner and maintain office readiness.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely task completion and prioritization.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and Zoom.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Comfort in a fast-moving and occasionally high-pressure environment.

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred.

  • Experience with real estate tools such as Matrix, CRM platforms, and DocuSign is an asset.

  • Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Prior experience in real estate or coaching environments is considered a strong benefit.


Job Details:

  • Work Location: 410 Front St N, Sarnia, ON (On-site)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Half-day Fridays during summer)

  • Availability: Occasional evenings/weekends as needed

  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle

  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Ontario

  • Relocation: No relocation assistance provided


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: CAD 3333–4000 (based on experience)
