As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the performance and integrity of manufacturing processes through the thorough analysis and resolution of non-conformities across human, technical, and supplier dimensions. Your contributions will drive the success of operations and directly impact customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and compliance within Airbus's highly regulated aerospace environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality review meetings in collaboration with operations teams

  • Develop and maintain a robust inspection plan for production lines such as the A220 and G7500, coordinating implementation with quality operations

  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions via convergence plans to address non-conformities

  • Ensure clear and continuous visibility of action status through PowerPoint presentations and reporting

  • Act as the main contact for customers (e.g., Airbus, Bombardier) regarding external non-conformities and ensure proper communication and follow-up

  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints involving assembly anomalies identified off-site

  • Analyze root causes and assign responsibility for defects, applying structured problem-solving methodologies

  • Support technical analysis and improvement initiatives, both internally and with external stakeholders

  • Manage customer return convergence plans, deviation requests, and logistics deviations (DLs)

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects such as "Quality Box", line-side workshops, and AQP/AQL implementation

  • Comply with EN/AS9100 quality system processes and contribute to overall process enhancement

  • Build collaborative relationships with both partners and customers to help achieve shared quality goals


Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in a technical field or equivalent professional experience in aerospace quality

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in aerospace, particularly in quality assurance or operations


Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing methods and assembly processes

  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5Why, PPSMax, 8D)

  • Familiarity with quality control standards, including EN/AS9100

  • Strong command of project management skills and MS Office Suite

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-compliance environment
