Role: Python/SAS Lead
📌 Location: Downtown, Toronto
📌 Type: [Full-Time/Contract]

What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead the transition from SAS-based analytics to a modern Python-based ecosystem
✅ Identify & implement process improvements, redesign infrastructure, and build migration tools
✅ Develop a structured migration strategy including best practices, coding standards & documentation
✅ Build & train a team for seamless SAS-to-Python conversion
✅ Ensure data security and system functionality during the migration

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong expertise in both SAS & Python with hands-on migration experience
🔹 Ability to create a team framework and mentor teams on SAS-to-Python conversion
🔹 Tactical and efficient problem-solver with a passion for system optimization
🔹 Experience in designing scalable data transformation architectures
