Description:
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties within the GTA. You will be working effectively within a team, maintaining high customer service standards, handling administrative tasks like rent collection and budgeting, and overseeing building maintenance. The role involves close cooperation with tenants, vendors, contractors, and property administrators, and reports to the Director of Commercial Property Operations.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of three years' experience in commercial property management, with knowledge of on-site maintenance and vendor contracts, and preferably experience with Yardi Voyageur. Key skills include proficiency in MS Office, strong management and leadership abilities, sound judgment, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, openness to change, strong administrative and organizational capabilities, a professional image, customer service orientation, excellent negotiating skills, and high stress tolerance. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are also required.
