Auger Hollingsworth, a leading accident and injury law firm, is seeking an ambitious and highly organized Executive Assistant / Project Manager to work closely with the CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
The Executive Assistant / Project Manager will serve as the CEO’s right-hand, ensuring seamless execution of business operations, project management, and executive administration. The role involves both strategic support and hands-on execution, managing the CEO’s schedule, projects, communications, and high-priority initiatives.
✔ Strategic Executive Support: Organize CEO’s time, emails, and calendar to maximize productivity
✔ Business Operations Management: Act as a bridge between ownership and operations, marketing, finance, and HR
✔ Project Execution: Lead implementation of key firm initiatives and prevent bottlenecks
✔ Process Optimization: Identify efficiency improvements and execute solutions
✔ Meeting & Communication Management: Organize internal/external meetings, track action items, and manage follow-ups
✔ Personal & Business Task Handling: Book appointments, travel, household staff, manage personal errands
✔ Client & Stakeholder Relations: Support CEO in managing high-value relationships and client engagements
✔ Event Coordination: Assist with firm events, CEO’s engagements, and strategic planning
✔ Research & Reporting: Provide market insights, industry trends, and executive reports
🔹 Bachelor’s degree required (New graduates with relevant experience welcome)
🔹 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Project Manager
🔹 Project management expertise (PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred)
🔹 Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, and business tools
🔹 Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects
🔹 Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive mindset
🔹 Comfortable with managing people, teams, and high-level operations
🔹 100% reliable, deadline-driven, and highly accountable
🔹 Tech-savvy, adaptable to new systems and processes
🔹 Comfortable handling personal tasks and logistics for the CEO
🔹 Ability to travel with the CEO when needed
📍 Hybrid role (Must live in Ottawa)
⏳ Full-time position with occasional evening and weekend availability
💰 $5,000 to $7,083 per month (Annual: $60,000 to $85,000) + Bonus
