Supreme Steel, a leading steel solutions provider with a strong presence across Western Canada and the United States since 1972, is seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join its team in Saskatoon, SK. The role is a full-time permanent position based in-office, with potential for hybrid work flexibility after the training period.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely knows steel — with a solid background in technical construction, steel fabrication, and full-cycle project management, including expertise in project controls, estimating, contract management, and risk mitigation. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in steel or construction project management within Western Canada is essential. A PMP designation and related academic credentials in construction or project management will be viewed favorably.

You will be the main client-facing liaison, representing Supreme Steel, and responsible for managing entire projects to ensure they are delivered on-time, within budget, and with the highest quality. This includes communication with all stakeholders, enforcing contractual commitments, managing change orders, and expanding project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the life cycle of steel fabrication and construction projects.

• Ensure all contractual obligations from both Supreme Steel and the client are met with precision.

• Manage and communicate project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and scope changes effectively.

• Oversee project controls and administrative requirements, including reporting and coordination.

• Drive scope growth and identify new opportunities within existing or adjacent projects.

• Utilize expert-level computer and software skills including Excel and scheduling/project management tools.

• Contribute creative ideas to enhance operational quality and efficiency.

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace safety protocols.

• Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication skills across both internal and external teams.
