LATYS Intelligence Inc. is seeking a skilled and meticulous Mandarin-speaking Project Manager/Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication between our engineering and manufacturing teams. This role is critical in ensuring projects meet their milestones, maintain compliance, and adhere to import/export and certification requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive on organization and precision, ensuring successful execution of all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary communication bridge between engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure effective information flow.

• Manage and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines for successful project execution.

• Oversee compliance with import/export regulations for shipments to and from Canada.

• Ensure wireless product certification requirements are met for various markets.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve project-related challenges.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.

Qualifications:

• Trilingual proficiency in Mandarin, French, and English is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally in the hardware or technology industry.

• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and certification requirements for wireless products.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Startup experience preferred; adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving abilities are critical.
