Project Manager

Description:

PointClickCare is a leading North American healthcare technology platform focused on creating a world where healthcare providers can deliver frictionless care. The Project Manager, Enterprise will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementations of the PointClickCare product suite. This role requires collaboration with both internal teams and enterprise customers, addressing complex change management and operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with the customer’s project team and the implementation project team.

• Act as an escalation point to customers' management throughout the entire enterprise implementation.

• Support the customers' project team and internal PCC resources on product areas.

• Guide customer decision-making regarding implementation phases, resource requirements, and schedules.

• Represent PointClickCare in customer project steering committee meetings (if applicable).

• Support the implementation project team by serving as an escalation point for project-related issues.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s strategic objectives and business, offering best practice methodologies.

• Assist in gathering information to understand customer needs and goals and lead the implementation of solutions.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of long-term care industry experience, with a proven track record of successful SaaS software project implementations.

• 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-site enterprise projects.

• Experience working with C-level customers and senior management teams.

• Prior experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is desired.

• Experience leading and participating in steering committee meetings.
