Project Manager

Description:

VTRAC Consulting Corporation is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a digital transformation initiative. The role involves evaluating existing systems, introducing innovative technologies, and ensuring a smooth transition to a modernized digital environment. The successful candidate will manage complex IT projects, provide strong leadership in change management, and ensure an equitable and inclusive work environment. Experience in supporting non-profit or advocacy organizations is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full lifecycle project delivery from planning to post-implementation.

• Evaluate current systems and digital processes for improvements.

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.

• Manage third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Direct implementation of new platforms, minimizing disruptions.

• Lead training sessions and provide user support for new systems.

• Define and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

• Establish performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the success of the transformation.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams and external partners.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading IT or digital transformation projects.

• Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven ability to deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Experience with vendor selection, contracts, and technical delivery oversight.

• Strong project planning, risk management, and budget control skills.

• Prior experience supporting digital initiatives in NGOs or advocacy organizations.

• Ability to lead with empathy and align with anti-oppression, anti-racism values.

• Strong communication skills and a track record of driving strategic impact.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
