Defence Construction Canada (CDC) is seeking candidates to join a pool of professionals for future positions in Construction Services and Project Management in Cold Lake, Alberta. CDC is a federal Crown corporation providing innovative, cost-effective services in procurement, construction contract management, infrastructure, and environmental support to meet Canada’s defence priorities.
This is a unique opportunity to participate in high-impact projects supporting national defence, including construction for the Cold Lake Fighter Squadron installation and infrastructure related to F-35 aircraft operations.
Coordinate construction services or manage projects as part of CDC’s team.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Contribute to planning, administration, and operational tasks for major defence infrastructure projects.
Support design, construction, and renovation of critical defence facilities, including offices, training centers, hangars, runways, and specialized maintenance facilities.
Adapt to change, solve complex problems, and contribute to team growth and organizational capacity.
Coordinator, Construction Services: University degree in engineering, or college diploma in engineering, applied sciences, or related field.
Coordinator, Project Management: College diploma in engineering, architecture, or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
Open to new graduates.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Security clearance: minimum Reliability Status; some roles may require Secret level security clearance.
