Program Test Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in software testing, with 8+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or HP UFT.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
