Program Supervisor

 

Description:

REDI Enterprises Society, a well-established non-profit organization founded in 1952, is dedicated to providing meaningful programs, supports, and advocacy for persons with disabilities. With a strong mission to build a community where everyone belongs, REDI is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to oversee employment support services and staff delivering publicly funded contracts. This leadership position plays a crucial role in ensuring quality service delivery, compliance with funder requirements, and fostering a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to service delivery staff to ensure program goals are achieved.

  • Monitor and evaluate supports provided to clients, ensuring alignment with contractual objectives, REDI policies, and all relevant legislation.

  • Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders, including conducting on-site visits to review program delivery and contractual obligations.

  • Build and maintain a referral network to promote program awareness and streamline the referral process.

  • Engage in community networking to increase employer engagement and create opportunities for participants.

  • Ensure all staff maintain required certifications and training for professional delivery of services.

  • Drive program outcomes while maintaining ethical and compliant service practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in Project Management and/or academic qualifications in a related field.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in delivering publicly funded services to diverse populations, including experience with invoicing and reporting.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising staff delivering Employment Services.

  • Strong computer literacy skills aligned with organizational and program needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must provide a clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check acceptable to the Executive Director.

  • A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
