Voilà Learning is a bold social enterprise operating at the intersection of education impact and innovation. The organization consists of two interconnected entities: Voilà, a non-profit expanding equitable education access in Canada, and ConnectED Labs, a tech startup innovating with AI and metaverse-based experiential learning tools.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the next phase of national and international growth by managing high-impact education technology programs such as MetaProf and MetaLingo. These initiatives support educators, students, and enterprises with immersive, AI-enabled professional development and training environments.

This role involves collaborating with school boards, Ministries of Education, and global partners to transform learning experiences—from bilingual teacher retention to student engagement—through cutting-edge technology and community-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple programs including MetaProf, MetaLingo, and other national/international education initiatives.

• Lead the national deployment of MetaProf, a flagship immersive bilingual teacher training project, in partnership with the Government of Canada.

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with school boards, education ministries, universities, francophone networks, and international stakeholders.

• Identify and recruit expert speakers and facilitators in education, second-language teaching, and digital pedagogy.

• Produce impact reports and insights for internal teams, funders, and partners such as CASLT and Canadian Teachers Federation.

• Develop community engagement and retention strategies for French-language teachers.

• Design and scale user-centric programs that meet evolving needs of educators and learners.

• Facilitate bilingual professional development sessions using MetaProf’s virtual platform.

• Leverage immersive technologies, including AI avatars and virtual classrooms, to enhance learning experiences.

• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth program delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Develop feedback loops and evaluation tools to measure program impact and improve quality.

• Represent Voilà at national conferences and educational events.

• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying growth and innovation opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in French is preferred but not required.

• Strategic thinker and hands-on doer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
