We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Engineering team and lead the successful launch and execution of complex manufacturing programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for new projects.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time launches through PPAP and internal approvals.

  • Oversee financial performance of projects, including pricing, tooling, capital investments, and process safety.

  • Act as the primary liaison with customers during program launches and engineering changes.

  • Collaborate with tool shops and machine builders during program builds and launches.

  • Drive process development, machinery modifications, and implementation of new systems.

  • Conduct and lead process improvement initiatives, including cycle time reduction, changeover optimization, and tooling downtime minimization.

  • Provide technical assistance in areas such as press automation, die protection systems, servo feeders, PLCs, and robotics (including programming and troubleshooting).

  • Maintain all engineering-related quality records and documentation.

  • Serve as a technical member on Continuous Improvement and Corrective Action Request (CAR) teams.

  • Assist in production training program development and support the Business Development team with technical insight.


Initial Qualifications:

  • Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a Technical Diploma.

  • Proven experience in process engineering, ideally within the metal manufacturing sector.

  • Demonstrated project leadership and self-starting initiative.

  • Background in welding is considered a strong asset.

  • Prior experience in metal stamping is required.
