Program Leader

Description:

Tech Mahindra, a global leader in digital transformation and IT services, is actively seeking an experienced Program Leader – Enterprise Cloud Transformation to join their Toronto office. This pivotal role involves leading a high-visibility cloud acceleration initiative, combining technological innovation with strategic oversight to transform enterprise-level systems.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at the intersection of business and technology, particularly in cloud environments. You will drive change across complex organizations, ensuring that technology implementations align with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives, ensuring successful planning and execution

• Define and implement cloud operating models and comprehensive tech strategies

• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and deliver executive-level communications

• Manage cross-functional teams across different business units to ensure timely delivery

• Shape transformation roadmaps and steer strategic planning in ambiguous or test-and-learn environments

• Utilize hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments

• Coordinate initiatives in regulated or compliance-heavy industries (preferred)

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record in program management with a strong focus on enterprise cloud transformation

• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud operating models, and tech delivery frameworks

• Strong leadership skills in managing executive communications and driving enterprise-level outcomes

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a production or transformation context

• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level

• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environments

Preferred:

• Experience working in regulated sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, or government)
