Description:
The Program Coordinator supports the coordination and administration of programs and infrastructure projects within the CFO Division. The role involves collecting and analyzing project-level data, producing program dashboards, supporting the Project Management Framework, overseeing consultant activities, and ensuring efficient coordination across departments involved in major capital and infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Write briefing papers, business cases, submissions, reports, and presentations
Prepare RFPs and participate in consultant/contractor selection
Collect, analyze, and summarize project information; produce program-level reports
Prepare high-level schedules for program coordination and resource planning
Provide coordination advice to Project Managers
Oversee program-level planning, monitoring, risk management, and budgeting
Track action items, issues, and risks to ensure timely resolution
Administer consultant activities, progress checks, and reporting
Engage with internal VFPA departments to support coordination and resource management
Participate in stakeholder communication and consultation
Support development and delivery of the Project Management Framework
Prepare documentation, training materials, and support change management efforts
Assist project teams with framework adoption and troubleshooting
Identify and implement approved improvements
Qualifications:
University degree in civil engineering, business, or project management
Minimum 3 years related experience in complex infrastructure projects
CAPM or equivalent project management certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio, database tools)

Additional Requirements:
