Softchoice is seeking a Manager, Professional Services to lead its Microsoft 365 delivery team — a highly skilled group of consultants, architects, and engineers — in delivering cutting-edge cloud and workplace technology solutions. This role blends strategic leadership, project oversight, and client engagement, making it ideal for individuals who possess strong technical acumen, deep Microsoft 365 knowledge, and exceptional team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor Microsoft 365 professionals (consultants, solution architects, engineers)

  • Build a high-performing, collaborative, and continuously learning team culture

  • Balance workloads and resource allocation to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Project Delivery:

  • Oversee full-cycle delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions, including migrations, implementations, and customizations

  • Enhance project consistency and operational efficiency through process improvements

  • Collaborate with project managers to handle escalations and manage delivery risks

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding their Microsoft 365 strategy and goals

  • Conduct regular client reviews and maintain strong long-term relationships

  • Support pre-sales efforts by working closely with sales and account management teams

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute strategic vision aligned with Softchoice’s broader goals

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

  • Identify new service opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in IT, Business Management, or related field

  • Experience: 10+ years in IT consulting/professional services, with 2+ years in leadership

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies:

    • Teams

    • SharePoint

    • Exchange Online

    • Power Platform

    • Microsoft Security & Compliance

  • Skills:

    • Leadership and team-building experience

    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

    • Project management (Agile/Waterfall knowledge preferred)

  • Certifications (Preferred):

    • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

    • PMP
