Description:
Bell Canada, one of the country’s leading telecommunications companies and one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, is seeking a Professional Services Delivery Coordinator to join its Bell Business Markets team in Montreal.
The selected candidate will play a key role in resource coordination, project support, and operational planning for major telecommunications projects, ensuring seamless execution of installation and service delivery activities for Bell’s enterprise clients.
This position offers a remote/hybrid work arrangement and an opportunity to contribute to Bell’s mission of advancing how Canadians connect with each other and the world.
Resource and Project Coordination
Allocate and manage technical resources (technicians, installers, supervisors) for installation and service delivery projects based on a rolling five-week schedule.
Work closely with project managers to resolve resource conflicts and optimize workforce utilization.
Communicate and update weekly assignments for employees, addressing real-time scheduling adjustments such as absences or cancellations.
Collaborate with project managers to enhance detailed activity scheduling and ensure proper coordination with other trades involved in installation projects.
Proposal and Reporting Management
Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals to ensure all client deadlines are met.
Assign work to design teams, monitor progress, and report weekly on proposal completion status and potential project risks.
Produce comprehensive status reports detailing proposal metrics, progress benchmarks, and client feedback.
Administrative and Operational Support
Support field teams with administrative tasks, including access arrangements, project order monitoring, approval tracking, and billing verification.
Resolve client or supplier billing issues in coordination with the appropriate departments.
Assist in process improvement initiatives and maintain alignment with Bell’s operational excellence standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, engineering, or sales.
Background in telecommunications (training or work experience).
Minimum DSC or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing client relationships in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with telecommunications projects, including Wi-Fi, LAN, telephony, and cabling systems.
Solid understanding of project management principles, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in business administration or project coordination is an asset.
Knowledge of real estate or infrastructure project coordination is an advantage.
