Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production floor activities to ensure consistency, efficiency, and safety

• Monitor and support equipment operations, preventive maintenance, and data collection

• Maintain compliance with quality standards, documentation accuracy, and regulatory protocols

• Facilitate onboarding, employee training, and HR documentation maintenance

• Promote a team-oriented and collaborative work culture

• Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and planning teams to meet organizational goals

• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment

• Proven ability to work effectively in unionized environments

• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety standards

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities

• Proficiency in ADP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office

• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and changing production environment

Benefits:

• Salary up to 85,000 CAD/year based on experience
