Production Supervisor

Description:

– Working in a team environment on a production floor

– Supervise, direct and oversee the work of Safety, Quality & the Production Process;

– Ensure the safe, and efficient operation of all operating machines and related equipment;

– Monitor Proper Shutdown Procedures and Ensure all related equipment is shutdown properly;

– Establish a work standard of consistency on shift, maintain a standard of work that is consistent to all employees;

– Ensure all employees are aware of safety and potential hazards in the environment and work in a safe manner;

– Maintain/Monitor Production Outputs required by each machine, communicate reasons for lack of output /safety /maintenance related / Process or People related

– Create on shift meetings (Toolbox Talk) to involve employees and communicate relative information daily;

– Provide Assistance/Support and training when and where required to help build experienced teams;

– Other related duties as required.
