Production Coordinator

 

Description:

  • Support the management team in the coordination of graphics, digital and audio-visual production projects.

  • Manage requests for various creations - briefing, prioritization, assignments and management of required follow-ups.

  • Maintain an up-to-date list of production requests and projects.

  • Organize and participate in content creation and planning meetings with various teams or partners.

  • Follow up with internal partners for projects, inform them of the feasibility of timelines, the progress of these and negotiate if necessary.

  • Coordinate projects and follow up with external freelancers.

  • Collaborate closely with the Technology and Infrastructure team for digital development projects.

  • Follow up on signage projects (brand) across the country, liaise with real estate services.

  • Assist with the application and compliance of branding and graphic standards.

  • Coordinating requests for the use of the CBC/Radio-Canada brand (logo or signature).

  • Contribute to the application and integration of accessibility options and features in every project.

  • Ensure quality control of content published on the CBC/Radio-Canada corporate website and the employee portal.

  • Actively participate in the employee portal redesign project and/or other digital developments.

  • Provide advice to help establish or modify processes, procedures and best practices.

  • Work closely with a team of graphic designers and web integrators to coordinate the realization of communication projects.

 

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • Community College degree, preferably in a related field such as graphic design, production or business administration.

  • Three years of related experience in an agency or creative environment either inside or outside CBC/Radio-Canada.

  • Experience in digital and social media.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills.

  • Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize requirements.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in teams and independently.

  • Ability to manage budgets as required.
