The Product Quality Experience Coordinator will play a crucial role in strengthening the brand’s global warranty and repair operations. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between technical garment processes and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in ensuring that repair facilities are efficiently managed, that operational processes are continuously improved, and that the brand’s high product quality standards are upheld globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis & Repair Planning
Provide technical input during development and prototype meetings to improve repair readiness and efficiency.
Coordinate wear testing, sample requests, and time studies for process optimization.
Manage raw material requirements across multiple repair facilities.
Support repair cost evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Data & Documentation
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and visual documentation for global teams.
Maintain digital resources and systems to ensure operational alignment.
Conduct product knowledge sessions and seasonal training rollouts.
Operations & Collaboration
Assist with product inspections, cleaning, and quality checks during high-volume periods.
Partner with QA, Product Development, Sourcing, Production, and vendors to streamline processes and improve collaboration.
Participate in cross-functional innovation projects that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of experience in product operations, garment manufacturing, or quality assurance.
Strong understanding of garment construction, repair techniques, and textiles.
Skilled in creating engaging and technically accurate visual documentation and training materials.
Proficient in digital tools and data analysis.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Creative, collaborative, and proactive, with vendor management or multilingual experience considered an asset.
