Description:
Kubota Canada Ltd., a leading player in the agricultural and construction equipment industry, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team on a maternity cover contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage high-impact marketing initiatives and bring cutting-edge Kubota products to the Canadian market.
As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing product launch campaigns, managing creative content production, and collaborating with cross-border teams to ensure brand consistency. This position offers significant exposure to international campaigns and requires a balance of strategic planning, creativity, and project management.
Strategic Product Launches:
Orchestrate end-to-end product launch campaigns from concept to market delivery.
Develop impactful marketing briefs and manage project timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful launches.
Creative Content Development:
Direct high-quality photo and video productions showcasing equipment in action.
Develop brochures, digital marketing materials, and visual assets for campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all Canadian marketing materials.
Cross-Border & International Collaboration:
Partner with Kubota USA teams to align resources and campaigns.
Work closely with international partners (Great Plains, Land Pride, Kverneland Group) to localize global campaigns.
Collaborate with product specialists to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
Essential:
3–5 years of marketing experience in relevant industries (construction, agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment).
Proven expertise in product marketing and launch management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in project management or event management.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Bilingual in French and English.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for photo shoots, dealer visits, and events.
Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing performance tools.
